Founded on August 1, 1989, by Brig. J. D. Bhasin (Retd.), 'Elite Securitas Pvt. Ltd.' started as a manned guarding company known as “Elite Industrial Security Service ( EISS)". Mr. Sudhir Bhasin, Managing Director, leads the company with Lt. Col. Sunil Bhasin (Retd.) as Executive Director and Mrs. Poonam Bhasin as Director.
Elite is an MSME-registered, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 18788:2015 certified company, active in nine states and Union Territories in North India, with plans to expand further. Elite also has joint ventures in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and South India, and a sister concern, ‘Ideal Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’, providing housekeeping, Facility Services, and various Staffing and HR solutions.
Elite is a member of the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI), with Mr. Sudhir Bhasin as the National Vice President, involved in key Industrial committees such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct Committee and the Security Agencies Rating Scheme (SARS). He is also part of the Technical Committee formed by CAPSI and the Bureau of Indian standards (BIS) for the formulation of Internationally recognized standards for the operating of Private Security Agency and the training of security personnel.

Our Founder
Brig. J. D. Bhasin (Retd.), after a distinguished Army career and a role in the Khaitan Group, launched "Elite" on 1st August 1989 with 20 security guards, personally supervising them from a one-room office.
At 94, Brig. Bhasin remains actively involved in administration and advisory roles, and is known for his professional yet affable demeanour. His motto, "Elite reacts before its clients," reflects his commitment to rapid incident response. His focus on compliance, timely wage disbursement, and employee welfare has earned Elite a reputation for low attrition and high standards.
Brig. Bhasin has been instrumental in elevating the status of security personnel, advocating for their recognition as professional guards rather than chowkidars. His efforts have led to improved client relations and the professional treatment of security staff. Elite has received several awards from CAPSI and OSPA - India and supports various non-profits like Earth Saviours Foundation.

Director Profile
Sudhir Bhasin has been part of the Private Security Industry (PSI) for the past 34 years and is currently the Managing Director of Elite Securitas Private Limited ('Elite'). He is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully started several businesses alongside 'Elite.' Having been a member of CAPSI since its inception, he is currently a national office bearer holding the post of National Vice President. Additionally, he is a member of the Ethics Committee of CAPSI and is the Co-Chairman of the Conference and Seminar Committee.
CAPSI has been proactively involved in the betterment of the PSI in India by helping various private security agencies (PSAs) become more organized and compliant. Sudhir Bhasin has been part of the technical committee involved on behalf of CAPSI in the STAR Rating for PSAs through QCI and is also a part of the core group representing CAPSI in the committee set up to formulate international standards by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for guarding services provided by the PSI in India. This work aims to help standardize PSAs in India and facilitate the training and upskilling of Indian security personnel for job opportunities overseas.
During his tenure in the private security space, Sudhir Bhasin has been conferred several awards during the CAPSI National Leadership Summits, including the 'Security Leadership Award' in 2018 by Shri Syed Shanawaz Hussain (MP and BJP National Spokesperson), the 'Exemplary Leadership Award' in 2019, and the 'Security Entrepreneur of the Year (North)' in 2021 by Gen. V.K. Singh (Retd.), Hon’ble Minister of State for Road Transport and Civil Aviation. He was also conferred the Badge of Honor and Scroll by the Hon’ble Minister for Home, Shri GVK Reddy, in recognition of the selfless service provided and leadership displayed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
